The Foundation for Senior Care offices are closed to the public until December 7, and staff will be working remotely. Two administration building staff members tested positive for COVID November 20th. All other staff members have tested negative. In an abundance of caution and concern for our community, the administration office and Adult Day Care closed on Monday November 23rd and will remain closed until December 7th. Because our office has been working only by phone with clients, there has been limited contact with the community. Those who have visited our office or had interaction with the staff that tested positive have been contacted.
Care Advocates services remain available by phone and grocery delivery service and in-town transportation will continue. There were no positive staff or client test results in either the Care Van program or the Adult Day Care Center. As part of our COVID protocols the two buildings and staff have been kept completely separate. There is no interaction between staff in the Administration building and the Adult Day Care Center or Care Van Program. Care Van services will be available for medical appointments and grocery shopping as necessary. We continue to serve the community remotely and can be reached at 760-723-7570 or p[email protected]
