Do you have the problem – where did I put it? It happens to us on the computer too. This one session class will cover the basics of how to create folders, move files and organize your computer or laptop. The class will also how to search for something on the computer. When we finish you will have a better understanding of file organization and how to find your files on the computer.
Prerequisite: Using a computer and/or laptop. This is not for phones.
What to Bring to Class: If you use a laptop, bring it. If you use a mouse, bring it and your mouse pad. Also bring your charging cord and plug. Instructor: Obie Weeks
Prior to your class you will receive an email with a link that you will use to join the Zoom meeting. Just click on the link to join the meeting. For complete instructions on how to join a Zoom meeting from any device, click here. If after following the directions, you need help getting setup with Zoom, help will be available. Be sure to answer the questions about your device and problems you are having during registration. This information is provided to the instructors so they are prepared to answer your questions.
Note: The class will be held on Zoom. You don’t need a Zoom account to join a meeting. However, you do need a Zoom account if you want to host a meeting in the future. Free accounts allow you to host a meeting for up to 40 minutes. Paid accounts give you full use of meetings for up to 100 people with no restrictions on the length (up to 24 hours).
