Vaccination Clinic and Mini Health Fair

A Foundation for Senior Care Community Event . . .

The Foundation for Senior Care is hosting a vaccination clinic and mini health fair on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at the Foundation offices at 135 S. Mission Road in Fallbrook.  The clinic is open to adults 65 years and older, and the vaccinations are free with most insurances. The vaccinations will be administered by the local Albertsons pharmacy team and will include FLU, RSV, COVID (new formulation in September), Shingles and Pneumonia. Nursing students from Cal State University San Marcos will also be on hand to offer blood pressure, blood glucose, and BMI screenings.

A number of health-oriented companies will also be onsite to provide information about their services, as well as Referral and Support Advocates from the Foundation to offer information about other local health and wellness resources.
