To our Foundation for Senior Care partners, families and clients:
In compliance with the State of California’s shelter-in-place directive, our organization is adjusting our programs and services temporarily to meet the urgent needs of the Seniors and those whom we serve in at-risk populations throughout Fallbrook and Bonsall.
In recognizing the challenges for Seniors to obtain groceries and personal hygiene products, we are mobilizing our Care Vans and Care Advocacy staff to help provide emergency deliveries to those in need.
Contact us at 760-723-7570 to learn more about utilizing our services.
In terms of our traditional programs and services, as a vital resource for Senior health and advocacy in our area, we want to ensure that we minimize the risk that the Coronavirus represents to such a vulnerable population. Until further notice we will be suspending our Adult Day Care program and canceling our Senior Concerns seminars as well as our Computer Classes. This includes specifically:
- Computer Classes and Fix It Fridays- to resume once the threat is past
- Senior Concern Seminars
- Alzheimer’s Support Group
- Elder Law Seminars
Our Care Advocates will reduce the number of home visits for clients to prioritize client safety from exposure but will continue to be available via phone to help provide resources, support and guidance during this crisis. This policy will continue until the State warning is lifted, but we are always a phone call away for any information and resources that we can help provide.
You can always reach us via telephone and email the following ways:
- Call us at 760-723-7570
- Email: [email protected]
If you are enrolled in any of our affected programs, you should have already been contacted by a staff member or will be contacted shortly. Thank you for your understanding.
